We are looking for a freelance User Experience Researcher to join our Munich team on a project-by-project basis. The average work time is about 20 hours a week.

You will be responsible for

• conducting usability tests

• preparing interview guides and screeners

• working in coordination with the project leader and the head of participant recruiting

• supporting the analysis of usability tests

• reception and care of Munich clients

• small administrative tasks in the Munich office

You should have

• experience with various methods of User Centered Design (UCD), for example usability testing, card sorting and eye tracking

• high affinity for technology

• English fluent in written and spoken

• flexibility in time scheduling

• confident and professional appearance in dealing with clients and participants

• outstanding communication skills

• ability to work in a team

• good organizational competence

• be able to work autonomously

• statistical knowledge is a plus

• very good German language skills
